Our First Week Project
This is also called the "100-hour" project, because you have approximately 100 hours to complete it.
At 10:00 AM on the first day of Spring Semester, the entire 3D Digital Design department meets in Webb Auditorium.
The department is divided into even teams of roughly 10 students, with an even amount of students from each year.
3rd-Year Students or "Juniors" will be the leaders of each team.
You are given a specific theme and an influence to create a creative project using your 3D skills.
You will present your progress at "dailies" on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the week.
At 3:00PM in ____ Auditorium, you will present your final projects to a jury of your peers and invited guests.
There will be pizza and prizes at the end of the final presentation.

Why Do We Do This?
Teamwork and collaboration experience is highly valued in today’s workplace. We want to give you more opportunities to build your creative and communication skills, while developing possible portfolio material based on larger themes and contexts. We give you specific restraints in order to encourage your creativity, and test your production skills in an intense time-sensitive scenario.
Above all, we want this to be a fun way of building camaraderie amongst your colleagues and develop relationships that will last your full careers.
